Final Report ..

The ESDAA tournament was held at St. Mary's School for the Deaf. Mill Neck played 3 games against Rochester, Rome, and Austine. We lost all three games. We came in 8th place. First game, was very good game. We tried our best to beat Rochester but they had good players. Second game against Rome, the game was very awful. A lot of bad calls during the game. We lost badly. The third game against Austine, we were not ourselves and we were off. We lost to them badly too.

I was heartbreak that my team came in 8th place, I know they can do it better but guess we didn't show on the court. My team and I always thought positive that we would win the top 3 before the tournament and show it that we can do it. We didn’t meet our goal because we came in the 8th place and we played awful. I was selected for the 2nd team All Stars. I already expected that I will be selected as All Stars. I felt good to be named!

My girls and I will played hard and show the real Mill Neck team on the court if we can do this all over. We will show how much.

Interesting game was when we were playing against Rochester whose #3 seed and the game was very closed for first half. We were losing by seven. We kept tried our best but we kind of gave up in the 2nd half and Rochester beat us by about 15 points.
